  When we first stopped and bought a meal from your store a couple of years ago ,I was very
  impressed by the quality of the food we purchased ,to the extent that we started driving the
  distance even though we actually lived very close to the Armadale store.
  About six months ago I noticed a decline in the quality of the burgers ,to the extent
   that I thought my wife might have decided to go to the closer store.
  Well tonight just the last straw ,I actually took a picture of what should have been a smoky bbq
  Angus burger ,but had nothing but a piece of meat with two pieces of bacon/ham and what looked like
  Melted cheese ,not a thing else on it.
  I am fairly pissed off and will not be using your store ever again ,I will certainly be vocal
  about how your standards have dropped to anyone who cares to listen.
  Lift your game ,people don’t return to shit food.

  Every time my husband and I go to Bunnings nearby we have to have lunch at your H,J,s
  We go there almost weekly and often . Why.....because you can guarantee it will be clean,
  Fresh and friendly.  We do have h,J,s in kelmscott here we live and others close by at
  Armadale Gosnells. But we would rather go to yours at Armadale rd forrestdale.
  bUT...today was very different. In a big way. 
  We sat down with our meals and the newspaper looking forward to a relaxed meal......
  Some staff were starting to fill the little area we were in  and the manageress.
  It was like a meeting/get together of staff and reps etc.
  They were laughing so loud and shouting to each other over the music. Deafening.
  My husband took it for so long but gave up trying to talk and be heard.
  He yelled for them all to be quiet and move away. Can,t go there again.  A pity.
  They can have a meeting by almeans but not out of control amongst customers.
  Sorry to say he know wants to go to the new McDonalds which has just been
  Opened right next door to Bunnings. I will miss my hungry Jack,,s because
  Thry are the best and so was that particular one.not a pleasant lunch today.
